I just finished reading Jodi Picoult's latest novel "Change of Heart" and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Put yourself in this situation -- You are pregnant and your husband and daughter are murdered. When you give birth to your child, she has a heart defect and is ill. The man that murdered your husband and child, is on death row and wants to donate his healthy heart to your child. Do you accept the offer, or risk your child dying due to the lack of hearts available for transplant.
